Day 8 of 21! First week down! Two more to go!

My group of 21-Day Cleansers met last night and we shared experiences and recipes, it was very positive. Everyone’s doing well and no one is hungry. There even seems to be a general feeling that ‘we’re eating so much food.’ Everyone’s reporting feeling good and having good energy. Today we start the second part of the liver cleanse focused on Phase Two Detoxification. This is the “Garbage Truck” part of the detoxification process where substances are moved out that are needing to be excreted. We’re using a product for this called SP Green Food, made out of brussell sprouts, kale and alfalfa.

My lunch yesterday was amazing! Every bite I was compelled to say YUM. It’s 1/2 a baked yam drizzled with olive oil, and a salad made with arugula, shredded carrot and zucchini, chopped red pepper, finely chopped fresh ginger, and a squeeze of Meyer Lemon. Also coarse ground sea salt.
